Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical systems procurement or category management.
• Proven supplier negotiations and contract management experience.
• Experience with sourcing technology and analytics tools.
• CPSM, PMP preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to bridge engineering, construction, prefabrication, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Define category strategy and roadmaps for MP systems.
• Build spend views and should-cost models for major components.
• Track market conditions and lead-time for MEP equipment.
• Co-lead sourcing events with Strategic Sourcing.
• Own supplier relationship management and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with design, VDC, prefab, and operations teams.
• Develop category playbooks and standardization efforts.
