Qualifications

• College degree or supply chain certification is required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of industry experience in supply chain, ideally in solar or construction sectors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical report writing and emails.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement with internal departments to meet milestones and design deliverables.
• Report inbound truck schedules and communicate material storage requirements to teams.
• Track steel procurement, fabrication, vessel departure, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee third‑party inspections and quality control issues.
• Lead weekly supply chain coordination meetings with suppliers and participate in design coordination.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes; maintain change order logs and material tracking matrices.
