Overview

VTG is looking for a Strategic Measurement & Evaluation Analystin McLean, VA.


What will you do?

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Intel community. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders to identify needs, determine and execute the most appropriate research methodologies, and perform descriptive and inferential statistics. You will also design and develop enterprise-level surveys to measure and enhance wellbeing across the organization and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you will help provide clients with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

Responsibilities
  • Extract key insights from data using appropriate research methodologies and applied statistics (e.g., SPSS)

  • Identify recommendations grounded in organizational science

  • Develop and present client-facing deliverables

  • Brief or support briefings to clients across all levels of the organization

  • Maintain and support data collection, analysis, and visualization for high-visibility projects

  • Collaborate with leadership to frame vision and support implementation


Do you have what it takes?

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with research design, applied statistics, and analytics

  • Proficient in statistical approaches such as factor analysis, multiple regression, t-tests, and ANOVA

  • Skilled in writing statistical syntax and interpreting results

  • Experience in survey design, assessment validation, and/or psychometric testing

  • Proficiency with statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, or R Studio (SPSS preferred)

Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Agency experience strongly preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred
