Jobtailor seeks a dedicated Professional Learning Specialist to lead high-quality math-focused professional learning for teachers and leaders in Reading, PA. The role emphasizes partnership-building, workshop design, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful Carnegie Learning implementations.

You will design and deliver workshops, coach teachers, and support sales efforts while forecasting future service needs and contributing to thought leadership efforts across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (required).
• Master’s Degree in Education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional learning to teachers and leaders.
• Build deep partnerships with teachers and leaders to ensure effective implementation of Carnegie Learning math products.
• Deliver workshops (initial implementation, academies, virtual) and job-embedded learning.
• Design custom professional learning workshops tailored to partner needs.
• Identify risks to implementation and develop action plans with cross-team collaboration.
• Set partnership goals, collect data, and track progress toward math implementation goals.
• Support sales team with pre/post-sales activities and pilot opportunities.
• Forecast service deliverables for partner accounts weekly.
• Develop correlations, curricula, rubrics to support partner needs.
• Collaborate across departments to influence product development and marketing.
