Job summary

Carnegie Learning seeks a Manager of School Partnerships, Literacy (ELA) to lead professional learning for K-12 educators. This role focuses on delivering workshops, coaching, and ensuring high-quality instructional support across districts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel regionally 60–70% and work from Reading, PA with a strong emphasis on implementation fidelity and teacher effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education required; a Master's degree in Education preferred.
• 5+ years of Literacy/ELA classroom teaching experience.
• Residing within driving distance or willing to relocate to Reading, PA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional learning workshops and job-embedded coaching for K-12 educators.
• Promote implementation fidelity and increase teacher effectiveness in each school partnership.
• Deliver our full suite of teacher-focused professional learning offerings, both resource-specific and resource-agnostic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Customer Success, Tutoring Services, Sales, and Account Management.
• Forecast current and future service deliverables for assigned accounts.
