Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in purchasing, procurement, material planning, inventory control, production planning, or supply chain.
• Experience with supplier relationships, pricing, and PO activities.
• Proficiency with MRP, inventory management, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure raw materials, packaging, and operating supplies.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to align material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish replenishment strategies.
• Own cycle counts and inventory accuracy improvements.
• Track material risks and escalate constraints affecting production.
