Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Materials Planning Coordinator in Flagstaff, AZ, to ensure 100% material availability for scheduled production. You will monitor inventory, place orders, expedite shipments, and coordinate freight while collaborating with factory teams and Nestlé Continuous Excellence initiatives.

The role requires 1+ year in material purchasing, inventory management or transportation coordination, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience in material purchasing, inventory management, and/or transportation coordination.
• Ability to work with manufacturing teams to ensure 100% availability for production.
• Strong data and reporting skills for daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commodities to ensure availability for production.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, expedite as needed.
• Coordinate inbound truck schedules and carrier compliance.
• Collaborate across factory teams and contribute to NCE activities.
