Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Sr Material Planner to oversee the materials supply base, negotiate costs, and ensure on‑time delivery for multiple facilities. You will manage data in planning systems, collaborate with suppliers, and forecast replenishment to meet customer demand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 1–3 years of inventory experience, and experience with packaging or POP display. APICS/LEAN Six Sigma certifications are preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline is required.
• Experience in packaging & POP display including packaging design, manufacturing, logistics or merchandising is required.
• 1–3 years experience managing inventory levels is required.
• Certifications in APICS and/or LEAN Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, controls, and directs the materials supply base including vendor qualification and KPI tracking.
• Negotiate material costs and provide inputs to client project quotations.
• Ensure materials are available to meet co-packing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory and resolve inbound issues.
• Develop reporting and metrics to monitor performance and savings.
