• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of directly related experience or equivalent
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
• Revise production schedules due to changes or shortages; collaborate with management, sales, production or engineering.
• Expedites operations to meet deadlines and adapts to unforeseen conditions.
• Maintains timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and records.
• Ensures on-schedule delivery at negotiated price and quality standards.
• Analyzes production specs and capacity data to determine processes, tools, and human resources.
