Qualifikationen

• Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word; familiarity with ERP systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 2- or 4-year BS/BA degree.

Aufgaben

• Execute procurement strategies to support operational and financial objectives; manage purchasing of raw materials, stock and non-stock building accessories; ensure materials are available at the right time, cost, and quality.
• Issue and manage purchase orders; coordinate on-time deliveries; resolve supply or delivery concerns; support month-end reconciliation and maintain purchasing records.
• Develop supplier relationships and identify opportunities to improve cost, service, and reliability; support continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support project execution and provide cross-functional support to Purchasing teammates.
