Qualifications

• Requires accredited four-year degree and 8+ years of related experience or 12 years if no degree.

• Strong job-related technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented, time-conscious, and efficient work habits.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct, and control purchasing or regional indirect procurement for projects.
• Develop purchasing activities for project or non-project procurement in a region.
• Perform material buying, expediting, or field purchasing per OSR and project plans.
• Provide supervision to purchasing, expediting, and support staff.
• Lead the Material Management Work Process per Corporate tools to meet project needs.
• Negotiate large or complex equipment and bulk material packages for best value.
• Other duties as assigned.
