Bosch is seeking a supplier tracking specialist to monitor high-risk components and coordinate delivery with SAP/LeanDNA systems. The role involves generating weekly reports, tracking shipment status, and communicating with planning and receiving teams to ensure material visibility.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of SAP/MAPICS, and strong Excel skills, with preferred associates/bachelors in a related field and solid manufacturing understanding.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Upload supplier commit dates into SAP/LeanDNA.
• Obtain and communicate shipment tracking information to Planning and Receiving teams to ensure visibility of incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate tracking/shipment information in SAP/LeanDNA.
• Track supplier shipments and coordinate with Transportation teams to resolved delivery issues and escalations.
• Monitor, track and report on supplier compliance to delivery due dates, identify risks to late delivery.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Description

This role is accountable for supplier tracking and monitoring delivery for components/suppliers assigned as high risk for the plant, interaction with suppliers on his/her area of responsibility but not limited to them, and tracking supplier performance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Generate and distribute weekly open order reports and shortage reports- for each supplier
• Upload supplier commit dates into SAP/LeanDNA
• Obtain and communicate shipment tracking information to Planning and Receiving teams to ensure visibility of incoming materials

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
