Qualifications

• Support quality and production standards in planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material inventory at min/max levels by calculating demand, usage, and scrap.
• Create forecasts and weekly releases to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate data input into integrated computer systems.
• Responsible for cycle counts for AS & SS divisions.
• Identify problems and establish countermeasures and corrective action.
• Develop and audit Standard Work Instructions for Raw Material Planning.
• Determine cost-effective inbound freight and expedite freight as needed.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight.
• Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
