Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Supply Planner to analyze the supply plan against actual orders and determine material requisitions in Oracle. You will forecast material needs by interpreting the plan and ensure inventory aligns with demand.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in supply planning, knowledge of Kanban and MRP, and experience with procurement and lean manufacturing. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus; the role includes coordinating logistics and import/export activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Conversational English required; Spanish skills preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply planning or related field.
• Procurement, planning and lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Kanban and MRP knowledge.
• Supply chain knowledge including logistics, import and export.
• Demonstrated executing abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the supply plan and compare to actual orders to determine materials to requisition through Oracle.
• Interpret the supply plan to forecast material requirements.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand and minimize excess or shortages.
• Maintain Kanban loops updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula.
• Track receiving material holds (Quarantine).
