Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of schedules and timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy and scheduling efficiency.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Identify potential risks in the production schedule and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Utilize scheduling software and ERP systems to track and report on production status and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements related to scheduling and resource allocation.
