Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Master Production Scheduler in Covington, LA to develop and execute integrated master production schedules across multiple facilities. You will align plans with demand, capacity, materials, and financial targets while partnering with Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning roles, strong MRP/ERP skills, and proven ability to manage multi-site schedules; travel to plants as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Proven experience managing multi-site production schedules.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize short- and mid-term master production schedules across multiple facilities.
• Translate demand forecasts, customer orders, promotions, and inventory targets into executable production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, equipment uptime, and maintenance to meet service and financial goals.
• Maintain 8–12 week schedule visibility to support proactive planning and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Regulatory to align schedules with production realities.
