Job summary

Job Juncture in Covington, LA is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to develop, maintain, and execute integrated schedules across multiple plants. You will align production plans with demand, capacity, inventory targets, and financial performance.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to provide visibility into constraints, lead times, risks, and trade-offs, enabling data-driven decisions at plant and executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short- and mid-term master production schedules across multiple facilities.
• Convert demand forecasts, customer orders, promotions, and inventory targets into production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, uptime, and maintenance constraints to meet objectives.
• Maintain rolling 8–12 week schedule visibility to support proactive planning and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Logistics for visibility into constraints and risks.
