Job summary

Krueger International (KI) is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead and coordinate scheduling across our Manitowoc manufacturing operation. You will ensure production schedules align with customer demand, capacity, and business objectives while overseeing schedulers and collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other KI facilities.

The role requires 3–4 years in scheduling/planning within manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in materials management, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3-4 years manufacturing scheduling/planning experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across levels in the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/BPCS experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of capacity.
• Monitor shop orders, priorities, and work center schedules, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Sales Operations to address material, labor, and equipment constraints.
• Lead scheduling activities across multiple departments and product lines.
• Support large projects and expedited orders by aligning production capacity with customer commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling issues and escalations.
• Lead, coach, and develop scheduling team with cross-training.
• Drive continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, reporting, and overall efficiency.
• Maintain scheduling data integrity within BPCS and generate key performance reports and metrics.
• Partner with other KI facilities to support intercompany production needs and share best practices.
