Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ASCM/APICS CPIM/CSCP with 4–6 years’ experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, forecasting).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple production lines.
• Balance capacity, material availability, and labor to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales/SIOP to align production plans.
• Support planning to adjust schedules amid demand changes or constraints.
• Coordinate with Materials Management for timely material availability.
• Lead or participate in S&OP, production reviews, and capacity planning meetings.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and revenue targets.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data and communicate changes across the organization.
