Job summary

Truist is seeking a proactive analyst to support our Hospitals, Higher Education and Government Banking Teams. You will conduct industry research, develop market content, and craft tailored materials for internal and external use.

You will track outreach efforts in CRM, support leadership, and advance relationship management as you gain autonomy. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, effective communication, and the ability to work across teams with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of related financial services work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive drive and high work ethic; self-starter and team-oriented.
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry, market and company research to source prospect names and refine prospect lists with leadership and partners.
• Develop project materials including industry, market and company information.
• Generate customized sales or project content for internal and external use.
• Track calling and marketing efforts in CRM; support coverage team as needed.
• Build foundational understanding of market, credit and products; strengthen relationship management skills.
• Develop an increasingly complex understanding of the industry.
