Greenheck Group is seeking Marketing Specialist II to support product and brand growth through the execution and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives. This role independently drives assigned marketing projects, develops content and sales enablement tools, and analyzes campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4-year college degree in marketing, PR, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations or advertising.
• 3–5 years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels; B2B marketing experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience developing marketing content, including sales collateral, email campaigns, web copy, presentations, and customer communications.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Execute multimedia marketing campaigns for key product releases and brands.
• Support campaign planning and execution for product launches and promotions.
• Identify topics and educational opportunities for webinars, blogs, social media, and white papers.
• Develop and distribute content for sales reps and channel partners, including emails.
• Refine messaging strategy and improve as needed.
• Collaborate with media and communications to identify paid media opportunities.
