Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation across digital and traditional channels and translate market insights into actionable plans.

You will partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to optimize portfolio opportunities, analyze competitive dynamics, and deliver commercial-ready outputs. This role offers growth within the Commercial organization and a focus on sustainable, data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for U.S. based positions is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner closely with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build strong understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects, with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
