HNI Workplace Furnishings in Muscatine, IA, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute projects that deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions aligned with corporate strategies.

You will manage scope, schedule, risk, and quality criteria, liaise with requestors and the creative/brand marketing team, and build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver on-brand, on-time results. We offer day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, journalism, creative writing, or business preferred.
• One year of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control.
• Act as a liaison between requestors and creative/brand marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Provide structure to ensure project objectives are achieved from both a creative and business perspective.
• Build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver projects that are on-brand and on-time.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure projects are successfully delivered in the instance of unexpected challenges or to meet changing project needs.
• Build upon established processes to improve project workflow and communication.
• Track and report metrics of creative team’s progress and work output.
• Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results and create efficiency.
• Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
