HNI Corporation is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Workplace Furnishings team in Iowa. You will plan and execute projects delivering breakthroughs in business processes and technology solutions aligned with corporate strategies.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks, collaborate with creative/brand marketing, and build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure on-brand, on-time results. The role emphasizes contingency planning and process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, creative writing, or business preferred.
• One year of related experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control.
• Act as a liaison between requestors and creative/brand marketing team to understand project requirements.
• Provide structure to ensure project objectives are achieved from both a creative and business perspective.
• Build relationships with internal clients and external partners to deliver projects that are on-brand and on-time.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure projects are successfully delivered in the instance of unexpected challenges or to meet changing project needs.
• Build upon established processes to improve project workflow and communication.
• Track and report metrics of creative team's progress and work output.
• Develop insight and recommendations that will deliver results and create efficiency.
• Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

What We Need:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute projects to deliver breakthrough business processes and technology solutions in alignment with corporate strategies. This role encompasses all aspects of a project which may include defining the scope, developing/managing the project schedule, assigning and working on tasks, risk mitigation, ensuring quality through testing criteria and accepting accountability for results.
