• Licensure: None.
• PREFERRED: Healthcare marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing strategists for service line portfolios.
• Oversee marketing strategy for priority clinical service lines and initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across UVA Health.
• Lead development of audience personas and market assessments.
• Drive messaging, content and creative strategy aligned with brand.
• Establish objectives and measures; partner on performance and optimization.
• Align service line strategies with integrated marketing priorities across teams.
