Job summary

The University of South Florida is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Provost's communications team in Tampa. You will develop and implement marketing and communications plans, create content for web and digital platforms, manage project deliverables, and support executive communications for a broad range of initiatives.

Collaborate with Academic Affairs colleagues to promote priorities, engage stakeholders, and advance the goals of the academic enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Degree Equivalency Clause allows substitution of experience for education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit content that advances Provost and Academic Affairs priorities.
• Create and manage communications materials (reports, newsletters, news releases, website content).
• Support strategic communications planning and execution for university initiatives.
• Oversee web content for the Office of the Provost and ensure accuracy and branding compliance.
• Coordinate events and meetings, prepare briefs and summaries.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs to integrate marketing approaches.
