Job Description Summary
Partnering with the Solutions leader for Energy Storage, enable PCS growth in that space by coordinating the global strategy definition & strategy deployment process for the Energy Storage solutions group, that covers Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar Power Generation, eFuels production and eFuels consumption.

As an individual contributor, this position should excel on applying the knowledge of the market and the region in a structured, data-driven framework, to generate strategic insights and tactical actions to bridge strategy definition and strategy deployment.

This role is not related to advertising / social networking / investor relations.
Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide market intelligence to the Energy Storage solutions group, including but not limited to: Key projects, customers, ecosystem analysis, market trends.
  • Lead and coordinate the global strategy definition for the Energy Storage segment
  • Be an advocate of the ambitious growth strategy that was defined. Actively propose improvements & tweaks to it.
  • Create and monitor a strategy deployment plan, agreed with all relevant business functions.
  • Own the pipeline identification for the Energy Storage segment globally.
  • With support from functional teams, assure regional readiness and competitiveness to quote the new introduced offerings, identifying gaps and creating strategies to close them.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on roles with proven indirect leadership over other business function
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience on go-to-market / business strategy role
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience on the Battery Energy Storage Systems market

Desired Characteristics

  • Proficiency on generating insights from data analysis and building business cases
  • Experience on the Solar Power, eFuels production or eFuels consumption markets (Fuel Cells)
  • Proven experience & knowledge of go-to-market strategy definition, focusing on end-users directly
  • Electrical/Electronical Engineering degree
  • Ability to manage and deliver results through a matrixed organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

The salary range for this position is 111,800.00 - 149,100.00 Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable incentive performance bonus of 15%.
