Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. This role may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

The individual will drive marketing deployments across digital and traditional channels, partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers, and develop market intelligence to support growth and margin expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Understand market dynamics, pricing, and formulation value to support margins and growth.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize portfolio projects and develop commercial outputs.
