Job summary

Blue Line Solutions is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and sales support. You will oversee strategy, product positioning, market analysis, demand generation, and analytics, collaborating across functions to align with company growth.

The role guides content, campaigns, events, PR, and digital channels, while building a high-performing team and managing budgets and ROI in a mission-driven public safety tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Progressive Marketing Experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, website strategy, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and measuring marketing performance through KPIs and ROI.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
