Job summary

Communiqué Ltd. in Malta seeks an Assistant to the Marketing & Design Director to support campaign coordination from concept to completion. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in marketing or advertising, strong organisation, and excellent English and Maltese communication. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, and Canva is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within marketing/advertising.
Experience in working for and representing the Marketing & Design Director.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong interest in marketing and knowledge of the local landscape.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Maltese.
Ability to source quotations, negotiate, and procure.
IT literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordPress is essential.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and proofreading is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate campaigns and projects from concept to completion.
Work closely with the Marketing & Design Director to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.
Monitor multiple projects and maintain brand consistency across channels.
