Job summary

NANA North, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support our family of companies with strategic marketing, internal and external communications, and brand consistency. You will manage content, campaigns, social media, events, and digital assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive visibility and efficiency.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with MS Office, CMS, and email platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing and strategic communications.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts for one or more brands.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for past 3 years.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Email & Internal Communications: manage internal and external email campaigns and CRM integrations.
• Content Creation & Management: develop and edit marketing materials and intranet updates.
• Business Collateral Production: process marketing material requests through design and production.
• Marketing Campaign & Event Support: plan and execute campaigns and sponsorship logistics.
• Social Media Engagement: monitor/manage social content, calendar, and reporting across brands.
• Digital Asset Management: organize and tag photos; manage asset release docs.
• Marketing Team Administrative Support: vendor coordination, registrations, and compliance updates.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: align strategies with goals and improve workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure department success.
