We offer intensive programs, coaching, and therapy grounded in trauma-informed care and emotional wellness. Our team is deeply committed to creating safe, transformative spaces for growth and recovery.

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist—a contractor who is equal parts strategic, creative, and execution-oriented. This role is ideal for someone who understands the heart behind therapeutic work and can translate that into effective, compassionate marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a strategic audit of our current marketing systems (email campaigns, website content, and social media), offering actionable insights.

Design and execute go-to-market strategies for our intensives, including Unmasked, Help Her Heal, and others.

Write, schedule, and send client-facing communications such as newsletters, program updates, and promotional emails.

Partner with our Operations Manager to proactively identify and engage clients who are ready for upcoming intensives.

Oversee and grow our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Recommend and implement improvements to website flow, copy, and content clarity.

Track and analyze metrics (e.g., email open rates, sign-ups, engagement) to inform continuous campaign optimization.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

Demonstrated experience marketing service-based or therapeutic programs

Strong copywriting and communication skills, with an understanding of client journey and messaging tone

Strategic thinking and practical experience building client funnels or engagement journeys

Familiarity with platforms like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or equivalent

Competence in social media marketing, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Self-direction and solution-orientation: able to work independently and suggest improvements proactively

Sensitivity to trauma-informed language (or a strong willingness to learn)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Background in mental health, addiction recovery, or coaching industries

Experience developing nurturing campaigns or automations to increase client engagement
