Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of related experience in a planning/materials function
• Knowledge of SAP: Materials Module
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with supervisors and co-workers clearly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries
• Expedite materials to meet project schedules
• Coordinate with the Materials Manager to resolve invoice/credit issues
• Maintain SAP Engineering Change Notice revisions
• Update Material Master statuses to keep Safety Stocks accurate
• Identify critical material paths and establish contingency plans
• Schedule machines to optimize productivity and meet customer demand
