Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a purchasing-related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years in a related role.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate prices with vendors and contractors.
• Analyze markets to determine cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Locate vendors and interview for product availability and terms.
• Administer on-line purchasing systems and process POs.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
