Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least five years of exposure within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in project management lifecycle, schedules and cost estimates.
• Support applicable C&Q cycle by project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks; establish and achieve project standards.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client goals.
• Assist in technical, financial, and organizational issues by researching issues and maintaining archives.
• Maintain and track project budgets.
• Reconcile resource usage for projects.
• Identify schedule slips or changes and analyze cost/resource impact.
• Implement tools and processes to enable informed decision making.
• Direct evolution and define the role of the project within the team.
• Ensure project goals are understood by all functional areas.
