Job summary

Intellectt INC in Milpitas, California, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support and coordinate manufacturing programs onsite. You will manage schedules, resources, and cross-functional activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Collaborating with Program Management, Operations, and Customer Focus Teams, you’ll produce program reporting, dashboards, and presentations while driving continuous improvement and enabling successful customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, program coordination, project management, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of program/project coordination and manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple departments.
• Ability to track schedules, budgets, milestones, and program metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide guidance, support, and training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Review program plans, timelines, resources, and staffing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and CFTs to meet program goals.
• Track schedule, budget, milestones, and KPIs.
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, timeline, quality, and production.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and customer commitments.
• Resolve and escalate program risks and issues.
• Support customer/site activities and occasional travel.
