Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, is seeking a Planning Associate to manage manufacturing workflows and drive on-time production across multiple product lines. You will plan, prioritize, monitor progress, and prepare performance reports to keep operations aligned with targets.

The role requires a self-starter with strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills, plus the ability to travel up to 15% as needed. Healthcare manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow across multiple product lines and monitor progress.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Track production status and ensure on-time completion.
• Support daily, weekly and monthly production targets and update reports.
• Prepare and submit status reports and spreadsheets; escalate complex issues.
• Communicate production status in daily meetings and with Managers.
• Assist in analyzing back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders; adjust priorities.
• Update planning reports and daily shipments; drive shop performance reporting.
• Assess on‑floor priorities and reallocate resources to bottlenecks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and training; represent the company professionally.
