Responsibilities

• Act as a Financial Business Partner focused on driving financial acumen and decision support for plant leadership.
• Drive tools and analytics to help partners identify opportunities and translate projects financially.
• Maintain policy adherence and financial controls to ensure SOX/GAAP compliance.
• Manage G/L, accruals, journal entries, payroll, capital equipment, asset management, and inventory reconciliations.
• Lead network-wide standard work and process development across North America for efficiency.
