Job summary

Drylock Technologies Ltd. in Reidsville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Accountant to join our finance and operations teams. You will analyze costs, work with Production and Supply Chain, and provide insights to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years in cost or manufacturing accounting within FMCG. SAP and advanced Excel experience are preferred; travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs by comparing actual results to standard costs and budgets.
• Review master data affecting product costs and coordinate corrections with operations.
• Prepare monthly manufacturing reports and support close activities (accruals, journals, reconciliations).
• Lead manufacturing performance reviews with Production and Supply Chain; identify root causes.
• Maintain finished goods standard costing and inventory valuation per policies.
• Perform obsolete inventory reviews and maintain related reserves.
• Maintain fixed asset register; support capex capitalization and depreciation.
• Support annual budgeting process.
• Document internal controls for costs, inventory, assets; assist audits.
