Job summary

Drylock Technologies USA is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Accountant to link finance with the manufacturing floor, analyzing costing and supporting decision making.

You will partner with Production, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to understand cost drivers, maintain standard costing, inventory valuation, and participate in budgeting and audits. Travel between Eau Claire, WI and Reidsville, NC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or plant finance, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, standard costing, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual manufacturing results vs standard costs, identifying cost drivers and variances.
• Partner with Production and Supply Chain to review performance and root causes.
• Prepare monthly manufacturing reporting and support month-end/year-end close (accruals, journal entries, reconciliations).
• Maintain finished goods standard costing and inventory valuation; manage obsolete reserves.
• Support capex reporting, fixed assets, depreciation, IFRS16 lease activity, and budgeting.
• Document internal controls for costs, inventory, fixed assets; support audits.
