Responsibilities

• Performs position management duties for manpower and force management analysis, including requirement determination, organization and force structure distribution, manpower programming, budgeting, allocation, and documentation for assigned directorates and functions.
• Acts as advisor for full-time resource allocation, execution, and management for Army and Air.
• Reviews and analyzes military structure, applies manpower allocation to ensure proper requirements conveyed to NGB.
• Develops annual obligation plans from voucher allocations and communicates with NGB on projections and unfunded requirements.
• Prepares budgetary data, reports, and briefings; analyzes fund availability and recommends funding adjustments.
