Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Management Analyst in Washington, DC to analyze client operations, map current structures, and identify opportunities for improvement across processes and missions.

You'll lead stakeholder discussions and workshops to understand the environment, then develop a roadmap with the client and support implementation, all while leveraging your experience in training, intelligence analysis, and national security concepts. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis tradecraft and national security concepts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Ability to work from client site
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze client operations and provide a roadmap for improvements.
• Identify elements that work and areas for improvement through stakeholder workshops.
• Develop a path forward with the client to implement changes.
• Gain experience in product management while supporting warfighter missions.
