Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing project schedules or office operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to establish processes and prioritize opportunities and requests.
• Knowledge of documenting frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent quality across distributed teams.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership to ensure leadership support is applied, if required.
• Ability to develop, benchmark, analyze, and track key metrics.

• Explore new data sources using various collection platforms and develop effective queries.
