Qualifications

• 10+ years in direct-to-employer contracting, managed care, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with payer relations, negotiations and value-based care models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs managed care contracting and strategies to maximize profitability and volume.
• Leads employer and payer relationship development with third-party payers and providers.
• Develops budget, strategic plans and compensation models for risk-based contracts.
• Collaborates with internal groups to implement alternative payment models.
