Job summary

Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment reliability data (MTBF, MTTR) to identify trends.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Apply FMEA and RCM to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and quality teams.
