Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer in Decatur, TX to support the maintenance organization, improve OEE, and reduce costs. You will perform RCFA, implement preventive maintenance, and collaborate with engineering on equipment design and optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, strong problem-solving, and 5+ years in industrial settings, with experience in maintenance and reliability methodologies. Office and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• 2+ years in Maintenance Department.
• Knowledge of complex process systems and equipment hazards.
• Experience with RCFA and leading investigations.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCFA to determine failure causes and preventive actions.
• Maintain list of high-risk equipment and develop action plans.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical machines.
• Use data analytics to anticipate equipment issues before production impact.
• Collaborate with engineering to design/optimize equipment and systems.
• Provide training to maintenance staff on procedures.
• Analyze spare parts to ensure adequate stock.
