Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule and plan preventive/predictive maintenance and work orders, ensuring equipment and processes run as designed.

You will coordinate with EHS, Quality, Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime, track requests, generate PMs and work orders, and maintain spare parts, manuals and drawings.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with planning and scheduling skills; Maximo experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical skills and broad maintenance knowledge.
• Planning and scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with database applications and administration systems.
• Maximo experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with all departments to ensure maintenance processes support company goals.
• Coordinate with EHS, Quality, Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime.
• Plan daily maintenance work and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Track and assign work requests and PM completions.
• Provide technical assistance and resources for maintenance issues.
