Job summary

Infosys BPM in Chicago (hybrid) seeks an experienced M&S Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end Manufacturing Services for USA and Canada. You will lead savings programs, optimize terms, and manage supplier relationships to deliver measurable value and CSAT/TAT targets.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to align sourcing strategies with business goals, and build team capability to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the job description

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute savings opportunities and monitor the savings pipeline
• Deliver Manufacturing Services savings, payment term optimization and inventory optimization pipelines
• Ensure adoption and change management across stakeholders
• Own CSAT improvement targets and ensure >95% TAT adherence
• Drive catalogue adoption and guided buying channel compliance
• Drive spend transition into preferred procurement channels
• Anchor key governance meetings with focus on savings/productivity, escalation and change management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and finance to align sourcing strategies with business goals
• Manage supplier relationships for strategic suppliers to ensure long-term value creation
• Build capability and provide leadership to the team to attain annual targets
