Job summary

Finatal is seeking an ambitious M&A Manager to drive its North America buy-and-build agenda from Atlanta or within the region. You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, lead due diligence, build financial models, and support integration with senior executives and external advisers.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in financial due diligence or deal execution, strong modelling skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable investment recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant M&A or deal experience.
• Strong financial analysis, accounting, modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Experience with due diligence, transaction services, and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities across North America and support growth strategy.
• Lead financial due diligence processes with internal and external teams.
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
• Analyse historical and forecast performance to identify risks and value drivers.
• Support negotiations, execution, and deal structuring activities.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic fit and rationale.
• Coordinate with integration teams to ensure value capture post-close.
