Job summary

• Excellent analytical and modeling skills.
• Solid Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
• Bachelor's degree, potentially Masters degree.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessing and executing strategic transactions for Citi.
• Identifies, analyzes and prioritizes strategic transaction targets and contacts targets or advisors.
• Assists in developing financial models and projections and coordinating due diligence.
• Assists in negotiation and documentation of transactions and in preparation of materials.
• Aids in closing and integration of assets into Citi’s management and reporting platforms.
• Researches acquisition and divestiture targets and prepares analyses and reports for executives and the Board.
• Supports deal teams in due diligence, modeling and exploratory research.
• Applies disciplinary knowledge and improves processes and workflows.
• Coordinates with other areas and contributes to function objectives.
• Evaluates issues with potential impact and weighs alternatives.
• Influences decisions through advice and facilitating services.
• Mentors/coaches new recruits and participates in training.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
